This antibody recognises the C-terminal sequence (MVGGVVIA) of Aß42 and full length Aß42.

This antibody does not recognise amyloid beta peptide 40. Cross-reactivity to amyloid beta peptide 43 is < 1% in ELISA.

KLH conjugated to a short peptide with amino acid sequence corresponding to the C-terminal of Aß42.
