Western Blot - Anti-Angiotensin II Type 1 Receptor Antibody (A83749)

Angiotensin II Type 1 Receptor expression in Human Liver (A) + peptide (B), Mouse Liver (C) + peptide (D) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-Angiotensin II Type 1 Receptor Antibody (A83749) at 0.2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
