Western Blot - Anti-AP2M1 (phospho Thr156) Antibody (A90199)
Western blot analysis of extracts of 293T and NIH/3T3 cells, using Anti-AP2M1 (phospho Thr156) Antibody (A90199) at 1:1,000 dilution. 293T cells were treated by Calyculin A for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. NIH/3T3 cells were treated by Hydrogen Peroxide (2nM) for 15 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
