Sample: Uterus (paraffin-embedded sections)

Experimental Conditions: IHC: 10% NBF fixation RT 24-48 h; antigen retrieval with IHC-Tekt buffer, steam 40 min; blocking 10% goat serum + 0.1% BSA + 0.1% Triton-X100; primary 1:500 overnight 4°C; secondary Vector BA-1000 1:500 1 h RT; detection Vectastain Elite ABC + ImmPACT DAB.

Dilution: IHC: 1:500

Results Summary: Worked well on rat uterus with DAB staining. Negative control (secondary antibody only) showed no staining.

Comments: Strong staining in experimental tissue; clean negative control.
