Immunohistochemistry analysis of rat kidney tissue, fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde-lysine-periodate. The Primary Antibody used was Anti-Aquaporin 1 Antibody (A304985) at 1:200 for 75 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used was FITC Goat Anti-Rabbit (green) for 1 hour at room temperature. 4 µm cryostat sections.
