Western Blot - Anti-ASNSD1 Antibody (A84873)

ASNSD1 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged ASNSD1 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-ASNSD1 Antibody (A84873) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-FLAG at 1:10000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-ASNSD1 Antibody (A84873) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
