Anti-BAF155 Antibody [ARC0948] (A329861)

BAF155 expression in various lysates analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-BAF155 Antibody (A329861) at a dilution of 1:500 and detected with chemiluminescence.

BAF155 expression in lysates from wild type (WT) and SMARCC1/BAF155 knockout (KO) 293T cells analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-BAF155 Antibody (A329861) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.

BAF155 expression in NIH/3T3 cells analyzed by immunofluorescence. Staining was performed with Anti-BAF155 Antibody (A329861) at a dilution of 1:100 followed by Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:500. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).

Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) analysis of extracts of MCF7 beta-estradiol cells, using Anti-BAF155 Antibody (A329861) and Rabbit IgG. The amount of immunoprecipitated DNA was checked by quantitative PCR. Histogram was constructed by the ratios of the immunoprecipitated DNA to the input.
