Western Blot - Anti-BEND5 Antibody (A85138)

BEND5 expression in Daudi (A), Human Tonsil (B), Human Spleen (C), and Mouse Spleen (D) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-BEND5 Antibody (A85138) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
