Positive Control
HeLa and MCF-7 cells or breast carcinoma tissue.
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 µg/million cells in 100 µL, IF: 1-2 µg/mL, WB: 0.5-1 µg/mL, IHC-P: 1-2 µg/mL. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.5-8.5. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.
