Flow Cytometry (Intracellular), IF, IHC, IHC-P, WB

HeLa and MCF-7 cells or breast carcinoma tissue.

WB: 1-2 µg/mL, IHC-P: 1-2 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.
