Anti-beta CstF-64 Variant 1 + 3 Antibody (A82473)

beta CstF-64 Variant 1 + 3 expression in HeLa cell lysate analyzed by western blot following immunoprecipitation (IP) using 2µg Anti-beta CstF-64 Variant 1 + 3 Antibody (A82473) on Protein G-coated magnetic beads (lanes 6 + 7). Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG-tagged mouse beta Cstf-64 (lanes 2-7) and were lysed in either RIPA buffer (lanes 1, 2, 4, 6) or TX100 buffer (lanes 3, 5, 7). Mock-transfected HeLa lysate (lane 1) and inputs for transfected lysate before IP (lanes 2 + 3) and after IP (lanes 4 + 5) were run in parallel. Detected by chemiluminescence.

beta CstF-64 Variant 1 + 3 expression in Mouse Brain and Mouse Liver lysates analyzed by western blot following immunoprecipitation (IP) using Anti-beta CstF-64 Variant 1 + 3 Antibody (A82473) (Lanes 5 + 6). IP was specific for beta Cstf-64 (lane 5) and did not precipitate Cstf-64. 500µg protein was used, and inputs for brain before IP (lanes 1), liver before IP (lane 2), brain after IP (3) and liver after IP (4) were run in parallel. Western blot was performed with a separate mouse Anti- beta Cstf-64/Cstf-64 antibody. Detected by chemiluminescence.

beta CstF-64 Variant 1 + 3 expression in Human Tonsil analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-beta CstF-64 Variant 1 + 3 Antibody (A82473) at 5µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
