Western Blot - Anti-BIG-2 Antibody (A82948)

BIG-2 expression in Mouse Olfactory bulb (lanes 1 + 3) and Cerebral cortex (lanes 2 + 4) analyzed by western blot. Wildtype (lane 3 + 4) and knockout (lane 1+ 2) are compared. HEK293 cells were transfected to overexpress Mouse Cntn4 (last lane). Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-BIG-2 Antibody (A82948) at 0.5µg/ml for 1 hour and detected with chemiluminescence.
