This antibody recognises bromodomain-containing protein 3, also known as RING3-like protein (RING3L).BRD3 is a member of the bromodomain and extra-terminal motif (BET) protein family. As with other BET proteins, BRD3 associates with acetylated lysine residues on histones and transcription factors. BRD3 is thought to be involved in nucleosome remodelling in the context of transcription. BRD3 has also been shown to interact with RNA molecules and form protein-RNA aggregates.

General Notes
Rabbit anti Mouse BRD3 antibody recognizes bromodomain-containing protein 3, also known asRING3-like protein(RING3L).BRD3 is a member of thebromodomain and extra-terminal motif (BET) protein family. As with otherBET proteins, BRD3 associates withacetylatedlysineresidues onhistonesandtranscription factors (Gamsjaeger et al. 2011) (Lamonica et al. 2011). BRD3 is thought to be involved in nucleosome remodelling in the context of transcription (LeRoy et al. 2008). BRD3 has also been shown to interact with RNA molecules and form protein-RNA aggregates (Daneshvar et al. 2020).
