BRN3B/POU4F2 expression in Human Cerebellum (A) + peptide (B), Mouse Brain (C) + peptide (D), and Rat Brain (E) + peptide (F) lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-BRN3B/POU4F2 Antibody (A326224) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
