This antibody recognises mouse C-10, also known as CCL6.The chemokine C-10 is expressed by a range of cells including eosinophils, lung fibroblasts, some macrophages and myelopoietic mouse bone marrow cultures after GM-CSF activation.C-10 is chemotactic towards macrophages.

Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution.

Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
