Immunohistochemistry - Anti-C4d complement Antibody [A24-T] (A8225)
Transplanted kidney tissue stained with Anti-C4d complement Antibody (A8225) shows diffuse strong positive immunostaining of peritubular and glomerular capillaries, indicating acute antibody mediated rejection. Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded human tissues (4µm sections) stained with Anti-C4d complement Antibody (A8225).
