Western Blot - Anti-Caveolin 1 (phospho Tyr14) Antibody (A91802)

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Anti-Caveolin 1 (phospho Tyr14) Antibody (A91802) at 1:1,000 dilution. Both HeLa cells and NIH/3T3 cells were treated by Hydrogen Peroxide (2 nM) at 37°C for 15 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 120s.
