Western Blot - Anti-CCDC3 Antibody (A85114)

CCDC3 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG-tagged CCDC3. Staining was perfomed with Anti-CCDC3 Antibody (A85114) at 0.5µg/ml (right) or Anti-FLAG (left) and empty vector transfection (Lane 1).

CCDC3 expression in Human Colon analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-CCDC3 Antibody (A85114) at 5µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
