Western blot validation of Cholecystokinin Receptor 1 (CCKAR) in transfected HEK293 cells. Lysates from native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or cells stably expressing CCKAR were immunoblotted with anti-CCKAR antibody (A334502) at a 1:1000 dilution.
Immunocytochemical detection of Cholecystokinin Receptor 1 (CCKAR) in HEK293 cells. HEK293 cells stably expressing CCKAR were untreated or treated with 1 µM CCK-8 for 30 min and stained with anti-CCKAR antibody (A334502) at 1:200. CCKAR receptors were observed at the plasma membrane in untreated cells (0 min) and in perinuclear vesicular clusters after 30 min of CCK-8 exposure.
Immunohistochemical localization of Cholecystokinin Receptor 1 (CCKAR) in gastric mucosa. Gastric mucosa sections were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and incubated with anti-CCKAR antibody (A334502) at 1:100, followed by biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Sections were developed with 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and counterstained with hematoxylin. CCKAR receptors were uniformly detected at the plasma membrane of chief cells.
Detection of Cholecystokinin Receptor 1 (CCKAR) in neuroendocrine tumor by immunohistochemistry. Tumor sections were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and stained with anti-CCKAR antibody (7A334502) at 1:100, followed by biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Sections were developed with 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and counterstained with hematoxylin. CCKAR receptors were predominantly observed at the plasma membrane of tumor cells.
