Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CCL25.

This antibody recognises human CCL25, otherwise known as TECK (thymus expressed chemokine), a member of the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family, expressed by thymic stromal cells, which acts as a chemotactic factor for activated macrophages, thymocytes and dendritic cells, and signals through binding to the CCR9 receptor.

1 mg/ml after reconstitution.

Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended. For functional studies do not add sodium azide

Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline.

Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
