Flow Cytometry: 1-2 µg/million cells, IF: 2-4 µg/mL. For ELISA coating applications, use a BSA-free antibody formulation. For functional studies, use an azide-free antibody formulation. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.
