Name
Anti-CD15 Antibody [MMA] (PE-Cyanine 5)
Description
Mouse monoclonal [MMA] antibody to CD15 (PE-Cyanine 5).
Specificity
This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD15, a cell membrane 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine (3-FAL) strongly expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, and mast cells. It is also present on Langerhans cells and some myeloid precursors cells. This antibody is a superior reagent for identifying Hodgkin´s lymphoma.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
