Anti-CD163 Antibody [GHI/61] (PerCP-Cyanine 5.5)

Mouse monoclonal [GHI/61] antibody to CD163 (PerCP-Cyanine 5.5).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD163, an approximately 130 kDa high affinity scavenger receptor expressed mainly on monocytes and macrophages, which binds hemoglobin-haptoglobin complex.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
