Anti-CD19 Antibody [Bu12] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [Bu12] antibody to CD19 (PE).

This antibody recognises human CD19, a 95 kDa cell surface glycoprotein, which is expressed on cells of the B cell lineage and follicular dendritic cells but absent on plasma cells. CD19 is an important signal transduction molecule which is involved in the regulation of B lymphocyte development, activation and differentiation.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10⁶ cells in 100µl

Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution.

Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 1% BSA, 5% Sucrose, and 0.09% Sodium Azide.

Store undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze! This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
