Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 1-2 µg/million cells, IF: 1-2 µg/mL, WB: 1-2 µg/mL, IHC-P: 1-2 µg/mL. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require increased working concentrations compared with indirect detection systems. Antibody concentration and assay conditions should be optimized for each application. A suggested starting concentration is 1-2 µg/mL for most assays.
