Anti-CD273 Antibody [24F.10C12] (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Mouse monoclonal [24F.10C12] antibody to CD273 (Alexa Fluor® 647).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD273, a 25 kDa type I transmembrane protein expressed by dendritic cells, activated monocytes and T cells, heart, first trimester placenta, lung and liver, as well as in Hodgkin´s lymphoma cells and primary mediastinal B cell lymphoma (PMBL).

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4µl reagent / 100µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
