Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), CCRF-CEM, and HL-60 cells or lymph node or tonsil tissue.

Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 µg/million cells in 100 µL, IF(direct conjugate): 1-5 µg/mL. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.

Human, Chimpanzee, Macaca arctoides, Orangutan

No cross-reactivity with Rhesus Monkey. Cross-reactivity with other species has not been determined.
