Anti-CD4 Antibody [YTS191.1] (FITC) / Anti-CD8 Antibody [KT15] (PE)

Dual color: Rat monoclonal [YTS191.1] antibody to CD4 (FITC) + Rat monoclonal [KT15] antibody to CD8 (PE).

This antibody recognises mouse CD4, a T cell differentiation antigen expressed on thymocytes and helper/inducer T cells in the peripheral blood. Clone KT15 recognises a non-polymorphic epitope on the murine CD8 alpha chain.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl.The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. This may be reduced by using SeroBlock FcR (BUF041A/B).
