Anti-CD45RB Antibody [CC76]

Mouse monoclonal [CC76] antibody to CD45RB.

This antibody recognises the RB isoform of the bovine leucocyte common antigen expressed on subpopulations of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Expression levels of CD45RB are used as a marker for differentiating naïve and memory T lymphocytes. The antigen recognized by clone CC76 is also expressed on B cells but is absent from both macrophages and granulocytes.

Flow Cytometry: 1:100 - 1:200, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl
