IHC, IHC-P

Ramos, U-698, and GA-10 cells or tonsil tissue.

Flow Cytometry: 0.5–1 µg/million cells in 100 µL, IF: 0.5–1 µg/mL, IHC-P. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10–20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.
