Anti-CD50 Antibody [MEM-171] (Alexa Fluor® 488)

Mouse monoclonal [MEM-171] antibody to CD50 (Alexa Fluor® 488).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope in the D2 domain of CD50, a 120-130 kDa type I membrane protein of the immunoglobulin supergene family, expressed on leukocytes, endothelial cells, and Langerhans cells. It is negative on platelets and erythrocytes.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4µl reagent / 100µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
