Anti-CD62E + CD62P Antibody [1.2B6] (FITC)

Mouse monoclonal [1.2B6] antibody to CD62E + CD62P (FITC).

This antibody recognises the human CD62E and CD62P cell surface antigens.Although initially thought to recognize only human CD62E, more recent data shows that recognises human CD62P, binding to a common epitope shared by these members of the selectin family.Clone 1.2B6 reacts with porcine E-selectin (CD62E) but not with porcine P-selectin.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 10⁶ cells in 100µl.
