Mouse monoclonal [KP1] antibody to CD68 (PE).

This antibody recognises the human CD68 cell surface antigen, a ~110 kDa glycoprotein primarily expressed by macrophages and monocytes.

FC 1: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl.

Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution.

Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 1% BSA, 5% Sucrose, and 0.09% Sodium Azide.

Lyophilized: Store at 4°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze! This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
