Anti-CD7 Antibody [MEM-186] (Pacific Blue™)

Mouse monoclonal [MEM-186] antibody to CD7 (Pacific Blue™).

This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD7, a 40 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on peripheral blood T lymphocytes, NK-cells, hematopoietic progenitors, monocytes (weakly), and also on acute lymphocytic leukemia.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4µl reagent / 100µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
