Positive Control
HuT78 cells, human peripheral blood lymphocytes (hPBL), and tonsil tissue.
Dilutions
IF: 0.5-1 µg/mL, IHC-P: 0.5-1 µg/mL. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes. Flow cytometry is not recommended.
