Anti-CD80 Antibody [MEM-233] (Alexa Fluor® 700)

Mouse monoclonal [MEM-233] antibody to CD80 (Alexa Fluor® 700).

This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD80, a 60 kDa single chain type I glycoprotein of immunoglobulin supergene family, expressed on professional antigen-presenting cells, such as dendritic cells, macrophages, or activated B lymphocytes.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4µl reagent / 100µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
