Western Blot - Anti-CDC42 + Rac1 (phospho Ser71) Antibody [ARC1563] (A308196)

Western blot analysis of extracts of A-431 cells, using Anti-CDC42 + Rac1 (phospho Ser71) Antibody [ARC1563] (A308196) at 1:1,000 dilution. A-431 cells were treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37°C for 1 hour. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 3min.
