Western Blot - Anti-Cell Adhesion Molecule 4 Antibody (A84431)

Cell Adhesion Molecule 4 expression in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-Cell Adhesion Molecule 4 Antibody (A84431) at 0.1µg/ml of Anti-Cell Adhesion Molecule 4 Antibody (A84399) or 0.05µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
