Sample: NBF-fixed asynchronous HeLa cells. Antibody: Anti-CEP290 Antibody (A296657) was used at a dilution of 1:500 ( 2 µg/ml). Detection: Red-fluorescent goat anti-rabbit IgG cross-adsorbed Antibody DyLight 594 used at a dilution of 1:100.
Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) cells. Antibodies: Anti-CEP290 Antibody (A296657) was used for WB at 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 10 seconds.
Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T (5, 15 and 50 µg) and HeLa (H; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Anti-CEP290 Antibody (A296657) was used for at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 30 seconds.
