Immunohistochemistry - Anti-CHRNA7 Antibody (A83507)

CHRNA7 expression in Rat Cerebral Cortex (A) and Rat Hippocampus (B) analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6, at 95-98°C. Staining was performed with Anti-CHRNA7 Antibody (A83507) at 5µg/ml and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
