Anti-CLEC9A Antibody [8F9] (APC)

Mouse monoclonal [8F9] antibody to CLEC9A (APC).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD370, a type II transmembrane protein functioning as an endocytic receptor on BDCA31+ dendritic cells and on a subset of CD14+ CD16- monocytes.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
