Specificity
This antibody recognises frozen and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human colorectal carcinoma tissues. This antibody can detect the presence of the tumor-associated antigen in the serum of patients with colorectal carcinoma, and was shown to react with mucin-like oncofetal pancarcinoma antigen, glycoprotein TAG-72 (MW: 220-400 kDa).
