Anti-COMT Antibody (A329275)

COMT expression in THP-1 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-COMT Antibody (A329275) at a dilution of 1:700 and detected with chemiluminescence.

COMT expression in lysates from wild type (WT) and COMT knockdown (KD) 293T cells  analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-COMT Antibody (A329275) at a dilution of 1:700 and detected with chemiluminescence.

COMT expression in HepG2 cells analyzed by immunofluorescence. Staining was performed with Anti-COMT Antibody (A329275) at a dilution of 1:50 followed by Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:500. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
