Western Blot - Anti-COPS3/CSN3 Antibody (A84879)

COPS3/CSN3 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged COPS3/CSN3 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-COPS3/CSN3 Antibody (A84879) at 1.0µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-FLAG at 1:5000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-COPS3/CSN3 Antibody (A84879) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
