This antibody recognises coronin 1A (encoded by the CORO1A gene), also known as clipin-A, coronin-like protein p57 or tryptophan-aspartate-containing coat protein (TACO). Coronin 1A is a member of the WD repeat coronin protein family. Coronin 1A is expressed by leukocytes and is implicated in cytoskeleton remodeling.
