Western Blot - Anti-COX IV Antibody (Biotin) (A82551)
COX IV expression in Human Skeletal Muscle lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-COX IV Antibody (Biotin) (A82551) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence using horseradish peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and using NAP blocker to substitute for skimmed milk.
