Western Blot - Anti-CPT2 Antibody (A84735)

CPT2 expression in Human Liver (A), Mouse Liver (B), and Rat Heart (C) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-CPT2 Antibody (A84735) at 2µg/ml (A-B) or 1µg/ml (C) and detected by chemiluminescence.
