Western Blot - Anti-CRISP2 Antibody (A83603)

CRISP2 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC tagged CRISP2 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-CRISP2 Antibody (A83603) or Anti-MYC at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-CRISP2 Antibody (A83603) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).

CRISP2 expression in Human Testis analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-CRISP2 Antibody (A83603) at 3.75µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
