Anti-CRTH2 Antibody [BM16] (PE)

Rat monoclonal [BM16] antibody to CRTH2 (PE).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD294 / CRTH2 (prostaglandin D2 receptor 2), a G-protein-coupled seven-transmembrane protein expressed on Th2 cells, peripheral blood basophils and eosinophils.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
