CSF-1-R expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC tagged CSF-1-R an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-CSF-1-R Antibody (A84858) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-MYC at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-CSF-1-R Antibody (A84858) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
